For schools considering our solution we offer a simple step by step, no risk, trial process and it’s all totally free.

Once you nominate your school, provide us with contact details, a menu and the web site address we can either have one of our talented consultants call you or we can simply build your site and send you a link to it on a staging platform.

A trial site is a fully working site with your school branding and menu. We will send you a link via email and you can use it just as you would with a fully working solution. We will even provide you with a dummy credit card number so you can complete orders and see the informative verification emails sent out from your school.

For people wanting to get support from the P&C, P&F, School Board, Teachers and other groups, having a trial site allows them to get on and test which is a great way to overcome any fears. The trial site will also have a log on address for the Canteen or Tuckshop Coordinator so orders can be viewed and printed as they would be in the ‘live’ model.

Once the school has decided to go ahead to the next step, the relevant information is exchanged and a user agreement signed. The fully functioning site is then ‘clipped‘ into the school’s web site and is ready for use. Of course if no one has been informed that it’s there then no one will use it and being in the school's web site of course the school can post message around it about launch activities. Remember our service is free so the school will not pay for this solution.

Launching your online tuckshop or canteen can be as gradual or as fast as you like. Some schools just start with the teachers then begin sending notes home one class at a time building up the user numbers.
